As stated in the Terms and Conditions that you signed at the time of enrollment, in order to qualify for a complimentary cancellation (no fees involved) under the "Right to Cancel" you must fall under ONE of the following categories:

RELOCATION: If Member relocates 25+ miles or more from current residence at the time of enrollment, Member must provide valid proof of "change-of-address" such as a utility bill or an updated driver's license to be eligible for cancellation without a fee .

DEATH OR DISABILITY: Member may cancel if Member dies or becomes permanently disabled. Cancellation requires the Member or Member’s estate seeking relief under this clause to provide proof of disability. A physical disability sufficient to warrant cancellation of the contract by the Member shall be established if the Member provides a certification of such permanent disability by a medical doctor.

MEDICAL: Complimentary 30-Day Suspension with Medical Doctor's note for illness or injury which restricts physical activity. Subject to approval. No extensions will be approved.

PLEASE NOTE: Until we receive all requested documents verifying a Member's cancellation (emailed to info@thedojohub.com), a Member's request to cancel will not be approved. Further, each Member will still be required to fulfill their normal payment schedule until cancellation is confirmed by a Billing Representative. The Dojo Hub and or its clients reserve the right to assign any Member with a delinquent account status to a collection agency or law firm should a Member default in payment(s).
